Ingrediants: Rice, Gram Dal, Urad Dal, Cumin Seeds, Ajwain (Carom Seeds), Sesame Seeds, Salt, Red Chilly powder.

How to use:
1) Take 500ml water in vessel. Add 60ml refined oil & boil.

2) When the mixture boils, turn off the flame and add Chakali Bhajani (1/2 kg) to the mixture. Mix the dough well with the other end of a turner spoon. Cover the vessel with a heavy lid & let the dough rest.

3) After 60 mins, knead and form a dough Place a portion of the dough inside a Chakali maker & make spiral Chakalis.

4) Heat oil over medium/high flame & deep fry them until crispy & golden brown.

*If you like crunchier Chakalis then slightly reduce the oil quantity.
