Moog Dal Khichadi
Ingrediants: Rice, Moog Dal, Salt, Sugar, Edible Sunflower Oil, Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, Mustard Seeds, Red chilli and Other Spices & Condiments etc.
How to use:
1) Add water twice the packet volume of Moog Dal Khichadi Ready-mix in pressure cooker. (1 cup readymix add 2 cups water)
2) Add 2 tbsp of ghee and cook the mixture in a pressure cooker.
3) Garnish with finely chopped coriander & freshly grated coconuts, serve hot.
